Hi everyone! Sometimes a recipe is so beautifully simple, it makes you want to weep.
You can make these vegan by using Tofu Cream Cheese.
Also, add a blueberry on top for July 4th

Put them together!
Cream Cheese Frosting Stuffed Strawberries:
Strawberries, washed, hulled and a hole dug out in the center where the stem was
Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz. packaged cream cheese
8 oz. butter, softened
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixer until smooth. Use immediately or store in the fridge
Put the frosting in a ziploc bag, cut a 1/2 cm. hole in the corner of the bag and squeeze the frosting in desired amounts into the strawberry hole.
