This year, LIVE will feature more than 30 costumes spotlighting the most talked-about names in pop culture, including the Kardashians, characters from “Modern Family,” the kids of “Jersey Shore” and many, many more. Hilarious actor Will Ferrell joins in on all the fun, and LIVE’s exciting Halloween costume contest will return as well.
