Lifetime Moms Clean Start Challenge - Week 6

Picture 8.pngLifetime Moms Clean Start Challenge and this week, we had the privilege of meeting with Emily-Anne Rigal, a 17 year old student who founded WeStopHate.org, a website and YouTube channel which features videos from teens who offer advice and share positive messages with their peers on why kids should stop tearing one another apart and start supporting each other.

Emily's video site, which was launched this summer has already received hundreds of thousands of page views and she shares how kids can learn first hand how to protect themselves from bullies by boosting their own self esteem. Take a look at the Lifetime Moms Clean Start Challenge page and get ready to be inspired by Emily!

We also got the opportunity to meet Adele Griffin, author of The Julian Game
, a novel about a group of mean girls who manage to torment several peers online. Adele shared her own story about feeling left out as a teen and how she eventually found a group of friends who she could depend on.

Head on over to the Clean Start Challenge where you can enter to win prizes from SC Johnson and make sure you vote for Team Beth as we support Love Our Children USA and Stomp Out Bullying.
