"One Day" Giveaway!
Even though Christmas comes along once a year (and I'm Jewish), I have to say that it feels like it's Xmas in August. The reason? Some of my favorite books have been turned into movies and they're all coming out this month!
First up was "The Help," which opened in theaters nationwide this week. My mom and I read the book in a matter of days and after we caught and advanced preview we felt the film absolutely stayed true to the novel and we totally loved it.
Another book I read last summer that I couldn't put done at all was "One Day," a novel about a British couple who meet during a one night stand in the eighties who carry on an on again off again friendship and romance that spans twenty years. I remember last year when I was reading the book and falling in love with the characters that it was being turned into a movie and even back then, I couldn't wait until it came out.
