Sometimes a dish is all about the sauce! This cilantro garlic sauce will make anything taste delicious. Keep some on hand all summer in the fridge!
Grilled Steak with Cilantro Garlic Sauce:

8 oz. steak (I use flank), thinly sliced
One TBS olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed through a garlic press or minced with a knife
Pinch of kosher salt
Ground black pepper
Steps:
Drizzle the steak with the olive oil until coated and rub the crushed garlic all over the sliced steak with your hands
Sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste
Grill on an indoor or outdoor grill until cooked to desired taste
Cilantro Garlic Sauce:

1 cup washed cilantro leaves
1 minced scallion
1 large garlic clove
2 TBS Greek yogurt
2 TBS mayo
pinch salt
Puree in a food processor until smooth and place in a small serving bowl alongside the grilled, sliced steak
